Apparently, they're the only small chocolatier in the US that does so. After tasting their white chocolate, I'll never pick up a mass-produced bar again. It's not as good as their dark chocolate, but it's better than anything else, at least in our local market. I have enjoyed everything I have tried thus far. Their white chocolate is also pretty amazing and their cocoa powder is beyond any that I have tried so far. I think you will enjoy it.
