Amano, Patric, Rogue, en ook merken als Askinosie, Mast Brothers ontwikkelen chocolade op vernieuwende manieren en methodes. Allen zijn ze gedreven door elk een eigen filosofie over chocolade en een ongetemde passie. En dat alles voel en proef je terug in hun repen. De Amerikaanse scene is er zeker eentje om te ontdekken, en dat kan uiteraard alleen maar door te proeven.
